I am not getting good results when i use the face key product on Jade character. I am following iclone tutorial face key editing and the jade character in my version seems to be sightly different which is leading to bad results.

This is being reported against iClone 7.3
Every time you open the Iray "Preview" window, it puts the model in to VRAM (memory on your graphics card). But it never frees up that memory when you close the Preview window.
The bad result is you consume more and more of your graphics card's VRAM...More

The user "Animagic" has been able to clearly demonstrate that some MEMORY LEAKS remain in the Jan 25 Beta release.
They are not as severe and cripling as the ones that have been resolved, but are still a serious concern, especially for longer (many-frame) renders.

Play first frames and see that the camera moves in the expected direction.
Move the key so they are side by side.
